The freshly-caught fish from nearby Neah Bay was some of the best salmon I’ve ever had, and the roommates agreed. Lyman’s colorful presentation, as you can see above, was also excellent.
Gig Harborites applaud chef-owner Thad Lyman’s “special-occasion” American offering Pacific Northwest–inflected dishes complemented with regional wines and handcrafted cocktails; a “friendly, efficient” staff and upscale earth-toned dining room round out the offerings.
With an emphasis on pairing wines with food from their favorite wine regions around the world. The flavors, the culture, the staff of Brix 25 is immersed in wine culture and it percolates in every dish, and extends to the conversation with diners. Gig Harbor is lucky to have them.
